I have a deep understanding of the desires and challenges of the home cook from my time spent as a top performing recipe developer in the HelloFresh test kitchen. I develop and test recipes for cooks of all levels with an eye towards ease, practicality and, of course, deliciousness.

I create compelling original content around all things food, and I edit recipes and copy with fastidious attention to detail. In this capacity, I’ve collaborated on cookbooks and worked with publications including Saveur, CT Bites, and The Infatuation.

I have worked with numerous chefs to bring their culinary brilliance to home cooks by way of recipe development, recipe testing, copy writing, and copy editing. I’m able to bridge the gap between professional chef and home cook, speaking both languages to deliver a successful cookbook project.
